Our 3-night quarantine packages provide a variety of quarantine rooms with strict hygiene standards, 3 daily set meals and in-room air purifier inclusive for you to have a cozy stay at Panda Hotel. Full-board meal plan with breakfast, lunch and dinner are freshly prepared by the hotel’s culinary team, with the combination of Western and Chinese cuisines. Vegetarian options are also available. It is our great pleasure to look after the needs of our guests.

Meal Arrangement:

Please find the designed menus here for 25 July 2022 – 31 October 2022.

  • Vegetarian menu options are provided. Special dietary request and/or allergies could be arranged with advance notice upon arrival.  
  • Meals will be served at predetermined times, and placed outside your room. Breakfast serving time starts at 8:00am to 10:30am. Lunch serving time starts at 12:00pm to 2:30pm. Dinner serving time starts at 6:00pm to 8:30pm. Requests for specific meal delivery time will not be accepted at any circumstances.
  • Once the meal orders are confirmed, no amendment is allowed.
  • Only lunch and dinner will be served on check-in date. Breakfast will be served on check-out date if the check-out time is within 08:00am to 10:00am.
  • There will be limited contact between guests and hotel staff throughout the quarantine period. Food and beverage service, amenities and other requested items will be provided and placed outside the room.

Outside Delivery Arrangement:

Family or friends may deliver food or personal items to you as well as outside food orderings (at guest's own expense). Please drop off the items at the Delivery Drop Off Counter on G/F (facing the Tsuen Wah Street entrance) and our hotel staff will assist to send the items to the door of the guest room. Service is available daily at 12:00pm – 8:00pm and no service charge will be applied.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Amendment of name or number of person staying in the room will not be arranged once booking is made.
  • This package is for a consecutive 3 nights stay; booking must be made from the date of arrival in Hong Kong in accordance to the Hong Kong SAR Government regulations.
  • This package is applicable for guests arriving from regions and countries outside Mainland China and Macau for quarantine.
  • Additional guest(s) sharing the same room can only be arranged for guests taking the same flight to Hong Kong, record of electronic tickets for both guests are required upon making reservations. 
  • Bedding arrangement is subject to hotel’s availability upon check-in.
  • Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge.
  • The Government will provide designated transport for guests to transfer directly from Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to a Designated Quarantine Hotel for checking in. Getting off in the middle of the journey or choosing to take other means of transport to the hotel is not allowed.
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner must be consumed on the day and cannot be carried forward. Any unused portion of the credit cannot be used for any other service or exchanged for cash.
  • Meals’ delivery time will be subject to Hotel’s arrangement.
  • Meal menu items are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Hotel reserves the right of final decision regarding the provision of delivery service.
  • Guest(s) are not allowed to leave the guestroom during the entire quarantine stay.
  • Housekeeping and laundry services are not available during the quarantine period.
  • No visitors are allowed to access the guestrooms.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/ or promotions.
  • The above special rates will only apply for new reservations only.
  • Reservation and deposit are non-transferable, name change will not be arranged.
  • All room rates and privileges are subject to change without prior notice.
  • As required by the government on infection control purpose, hotel check in and check out function will be segregated in different areas ,i.e. check in at back of the house and check out at hotel lobby. Please bear with us for any inconvenience.

  • Should there be any disputes arise, the Panda Hotel reserves the right of final decision.

 

Payment:

  • Full room payment must be settled upon reservations and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 
  • A valid credit card must be provided at time of booking. Credit card details must be identical to the one stated in the booking details and the name on the credit card must match the guest staying at the hotel, otherwise the reservations will be deemed invalid and will be cancelled without prior notice. Credit card prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to individual credit card upon reservation made. Please present the same credit card for verification upon check-in.
  • Hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages to room, fixtures, furnishing, equipment and cleaning costs incurred.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • All confirmed reservations cannot be cancelled/ amended/ transferred, and full payment for the whole stay period is required.
  • No booking amendment (including change of guest name), cancellation, shorten stay and reschedule of check-in date is allowed once booking is confirmed. 
  • Full payment of entire stay will be charged if being no show without any notice.
  • For the bookings impacted by flight changes or cancellations (with proven evidence including original e-ticket and description notice by the airlines), the non-refundable payment can be held in credit and must be used within 1 month from the original booking date. Any amendment of date will be subject to space availability.
  • Failure to arrive hotel due to tested positive of COVID-19 upon arrival in Hong Kong, one-night cancellation charge will be applied upon receipt of valid document.
  • Should the guest unable to complete the entire stay because of being tested positive of COVID-19, Hotel will refund the remaining balance from the day after the guest is hospitalised. Hotel will charge the room daily if there’s any luggage left behind and it would be kept in room until an authorized person to pick up.
  • Should the guest be removed from hotel and sent to Quarantine Camp by the Hong Kong SAR government due to violation of regulations, room payment will be forfeited and no refund to be made.
  • In the case that government changes the number of nights required for quarantine stay, and if that falls less than the number of nights you have booked, refund of the extra nights will be offered.

 

Hotel Policy for Guests Under the Age of 18:

  • For minor aged below 18 years old, he / she must be accompanied by an adult / caretaker.  The accompanying adult / caretaker can apply for conditional approval from Department of Health before the arrival of the minor.  The completed application form (https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/pdf/Application_form_for_Caretaker_of_Minor_Confinee_bilingual.pdf) should be returned to Department of Health by email to caretaker_apply@dh.gov.hk. The quarantine guests should bring along a copy of such approval for the trip.
  • The accompanying person, after showing the approval obtained from the Department of Health and then signing the “Undertaking form for accompany person”, would join the guest at the designated quarantine hotel.  The accompanying person must complete the whole quarantine period with the minor in the same hotel room.
  • Baby will be classified as adults for all room bookings. Please add them to the number of “Adult Per Room” for the final room calculation.
