  • Earning Reward Points
    • Every time you make a room reservation, you’ll earn one point for every HK$100 spent on the booked room rate (excluding service charge, government tax, room service and package elements).

      To earn extra mileage benefits, the same privilege is also applied to your spending at any of the Hotel’s dining outlets (excluding service charge).

      Please quote your membership number when making a reservation and present your membership card when settling your bill to earn reward points. Offers are valid until 31st December each year.

      • The membership is non-transferable
      • Panda Hotel reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions without prior notice
      • The Programme runs from 1 January until 31 December of each calendar year or in such period as may be designated by the Hotel. Points are only awarded for stays taken place and food & beverage consumption within the relevant membership period
      • Points will only be rewarded when your membership number is quoted at the time of reservation
      • Upon confirmed and utilized reservation (excluding guaranteed no-show) based on the Hotel's computer system, members will earn ONE point for every HK$100 spent on room charge (excluding service charge)
      • Members will earn ONE point for every HK$100 (excluding service charge) spent at any of the Hotel restaurants and bar - Panda Café, Sport Bar, Balcony and YinYue (excluding conference and catering functions)
      • Gifts may be redeemed at accumulation of every 100 points
      • Redeemed rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points used will be automatically deducted from the member's account
      • Only companies registered or licensed in Hong Kong are eligible for application
      • Panda Hotel has full discretion on the determination of points accumulated
      • Room booking made directly by the member company's guests or walk-in guests will not be eligible for bonus points
      • To redeem gifts, a completed Award Redemption Form must be forwarded to the Hotel's Marketing Department
      • If selected gift is not available, Panda Hotel reserves the right to offer a replacement at similar value
      • Members may carry over the points they have earned when they join another company. To facilitate it, members must advise the Hotel of the change in advance. Permission from the former company must also be obtained
      • For corporate membership, accumulated points must be retained at that company in case the responsible person leaves and joins another company
      • Dining discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and not applicable to public holidays and eve of public holidays
      • In case of any disputes, decision made by Panda Hotel is final
