Panda Friends - Something Special for Someone Special

We treat you, our valued guest, just like a close acquaintance. That’s why we offer a special personalised membership programme called - Panda Friends for those we consider our VIPs. All Panda friends are entitled to an exclusive 25% discount on every visit to any of our dining outlets. Food and beverage spending there also earns you reward points redeemable for a host of fabulous gifts!

  • Membership Privileges
      • 25% dining discount at all of the restaurants and bar of Panda Hotel.
      • Redemption of fantastic gifts with bonus points.
  • Earning Reward Points
    • For every HK$50 net (excluding service charge) you spend at Panda Café, Sports Bar, Balcony or YinYue (excluding conference and catering functions), you will earn one point. When your points accumulate, you can then redeem them for gifts anytime before the end of the membership year.
  • Terms and Conditions
      • The membership card is valid for 1 year from the issue date or in such period as may be designated by the Hotel
      • Members must present the membership card to enjoy discount and earn points at any of the Hotel restaurants and bar - Panda Café, Sports Bar, Balcony and YinYue (excluding conference and catering functions) within the relevant membership period
      • 25% dining discount at all restaurants and bar of Panda Hotel. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and not applicable to public holidays, eve of public holidays and certain block-out periods as determined by the Hotel
      • The discount is only applicable for maximum of 16 persons
      • Members will earn One point for every HK$50 net (excluding service charge) spent at any of the Hotel restaurants and bar
      • Panda Hotel has full discretion on the determination of points accumulated
      • Redeemed rewards are non-refundable and non-returnable. Points used will be automatically deducted from the member's account
      • If selected gift is not available, Panda Hotel reserves the right to offer a replacement of equivalent value
      • Panda Hotel reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
      • In case of disputes, the decision of Panda Hotel shall be final
